Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from inception to completion in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management methodologies and excellent leadership skills. You will coordinate with various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and plan projects based on client needs and organizational goals.
• Establish clear project objectives and communicate them effectively.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Identify and manage project interdependencies.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and project teams.
• Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize project management software to track progress.
• Perform regular project evaluations to assess performance.
• Develop training and onboarding programs for new team members.
• Act as the point of contact for any escalations regarding projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in a technical environment

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
