Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects across the operations.
• Utilize Six Sigma methodologies for process enhancements.
• Generate reports analyzing cost vs. benefits of operational changes.
• Review and revise safety protocols to adhere to standards.
• Develop metrics to measure effectiveness of implemented processes.
• Engage with suppliers for optimal procurement practices.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering roles

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
