Join our team as a Construction Project Manager, responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects in Bloemfontein. This role entails collaboration with diverse teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project integrity.
• Develop and control project budgets and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding project statuses and updates.
• Resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
• Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
