Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Environmental Scientist to join our dynamic team based in Johannesburg. This role will focus on conducting research, implementing sustainable practices, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of environmental science, policy, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Research environmental policies and legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients and environmental agencies.
  • Provide training and guidance on environmental protocols and best practices.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary project teams to achieve sustainability goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of grant applications for environmental projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • Postgraduate certification in Environmental Management is preferred
