As a Tow Truck Driver, you will play a key role in providing roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services. Your responsibilities will include safely transporting disabled vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of vehicle recovery operations.
• Utilize effective safety measures during recovery.

• Respond to emergency calls efficiently, day or night.
• Document all service calls and recovery details.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding services.
• Perform minor repairs as required on-site.
• Update management on service performance and issues.

• Provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• A minimum of two years in vehicle recovery or related field is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical knowledge
