Job Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by managing the logistics operations effectively.
Collaborate with team members to identify process inefficiencies.
Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
Maintain relationships with key suppliers to enhance service delivery.
Monitor shipment progress and address any delays promptly.
Assist in the implementation of new inventory tracking systems.
Evaluate supplier performance and recommend actions.
Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to in inventory handling.
Conduct training sessions for personnel on inventory best practices.
Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Inventory Management Software Proficient in using various inventory management systems.
Excel Expert level knowledge in spreadsheet management and data analysis.
Data Analysis Ability to analyze data for better stock management decisions.
Attention to Detail Meticulous attention to detail in inventory tracking.
Organizational Skills Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple inventory processes.
Problem-Solving Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
English (Fluent)

Advantageous

Lean Methodology Experience: Experience with Lean principles in logistics can enhance process efficiency.
Project Management Skills: Experience managing small projects within logistics or inventory.
