• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by managing the logistics operations effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process inefficiencies.
• Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor shipment progress and address any delays promptly.
• Assist in the implementation of new inventory tracking systems.
• Evaluate supplier performance and recommend actions.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to in inventory handling.
• Conduct training sessions for personnel on inventory best practices.
• Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Inventory Management Software Proficient in using various inventory management systems.
• Excel Expert level knowledge in spreadsheet management and data analysis.
• Data Analysis Ability to analyze data for better stock management decisions.
• Attention to Detail Meticulous attention to detail in inventory tracking.
• Organizational Skills Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple inventory processes.
• Problem-Solving Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• English (Fluent)
