Job Description

The Study Director will manage and oversee clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and effective project execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical research, along with a strong ability to lead teams and manage resources efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical research studies from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with GCP.
  • Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams, including Biostatistics and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Prepare study progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies to improve study efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of study results.
  • Interact with external partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement in clinical study processes.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior clinical research staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree or higher in Life Sciences preferred
Experience
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in clinical research, with leadership experience preferred.
