You will play a key role in designing and improving user experiences across various digital platforms. Collaborating closely with product managers and developers, your goal will be to create intuitive and appealing interfaces that elevate our products.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Design interactive prototypes and conduct A/B testing to evaluate user preferences.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are executed accurately.
• Create and maintain design documentation and assets.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with accessibility standards: Awareness of design principles for accessibility.
