Clinical Research Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support our research initiatives in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring study protocols are followed, data is accurately collected, and regulatory compliance is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor clinical trials to ensure adherence to protocols.
• Recruit and train staff to assist with trials.
• Coordinate with medical professionals and stakeholders to collect accurate data.
• Analyze and interpret clinical data to prepare reports.
• Maintain regulatory compliance throughout the trial process.
• Assist in the development of study protocols and case report forms.
• Ensure timely reporting of adverse events.
• Manage budgets and ensure studies are conducted within financial constraints.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
