UX Designer

In this role, you'll work closely with product managers and developers to create user-friendly designs that enhance user experience across various platforms. Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and aesthetic interfaces that align with user goals.
• Work with development teams to ensure feasibility of designs.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to refine design solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.
• Contribute to the development of a user-centered culture within the organization.
• Document design processes and decisions to facilitate collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Relevant certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Wireframing
• Visual Design

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Adaptability

Certifications

• UX Certification from a recognized body

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS: Understanding of front-end development languages for better design implementation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies: Prior experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
