Job Description

We seek a passionate Data Analyst to join our Pretoria office. You will play a critical role in interpreting data and translating it into insights for our stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with data manipulation, proficient in analytical software, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with SQL and Python is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data collection methods and improve data acquisition processes.
• Translate data findings into understandable insights for various audiences.
• Work alongside the IT team to enhance data systems.
• Utilize statistical tools to interpret data sets.
• Coordinate with marketing and finance teams for analytics alignment.
• Mentor junior analysts in data analysis techniques.
• Support ad-hoc analysis for special projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Systems
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
