DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Port Elizabeth team. In this role, you will be responsible for automating and optimizing our development and deployment processes while ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform.
• Ensure seamless integration of applications using CI/CD methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a DevOps culture.
• Implement monitoring solutions to gain insights into operational efficiency.
• Address security vulnerabilities and compliance requirements.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities to monitor production environments.
• Advise on best practices for cloud architecture and governance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certifications in cloud technologies preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role

Languages
