This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to navigate various design challenges with creativity and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural designs and plans for a variety of projects.
  • Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies for proposed construction.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
  • Monitor project progress and coordinate with contractors during construction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Master's degree is desirable
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
Technical Skills
  • AutoCAD
