We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance our cloud infrastructure and ensure exceptional service uptime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in driving continuous improvement in our software environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain documentation for infrastructure and operational processes.
• Provide technical guidance on capacity planning and service scalability.
• Establish security protocols and compliance measures for cloud environments.
• Participate in retrospectives to drive continuous improvement on outage responses.
• Train and mentor junior staff in SRE methodologies and technologies.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure effective troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Relevant certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Operations or Development with an SRE focus.

Technical Skills

• Automation Tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Monitoring Tools (Prometheus, Grafana)

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent
