Finance Manager

Job Description

We seek an experienced Finance Manager who will lead our finance team and manage all financial activities, including strategic planning, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Your insights and leadership will be key to supporting our company's growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team in developing financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of financial records each month.
• Conduct variance analysis and communicate findings effectively.
• Manage and optimize tax strategies and compliance.
• Assist in investment planning and control activities.
• Facilitate audits and collaborate with external stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance against strategic goals.
• Enhance internal controls and improve financial processes.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with financial expertise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferable

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in finance management or similar roles
