Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Actuarial Assistant to join our team in Sandton. The successful candidate will assist in analyzing data, preparing reports, and supporting the actuarial team in various projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, process, and validate data for different actuarial models.
• Help in drafting reports that summarize key findings from analyses.
• Assist in the development of pricing models and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support budget-related tasks.
• Continuously monitor and improve data collection processes.
• Help prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct additional research to support actuarial projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or Statistics
• Completed actuarial exams are advantageous

Experience

• 1-3 years' experience in the actuarial field
