Job Description

As a Golf Range Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the golf range while providing top-notch customer service to all golfers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness of the range and assisting golfers with their needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper maintenance of the golf range by cleaning, stocking, and preparing equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with golfers and assisting as required.
• Manage the dispensing of golf balls and maintain the functionality of dispensing machines.
• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate the operational flow of the golf range.
• Develop an understanding of range rules and communicate them effectively to clients.
• Assist with the management of special events and tournaments as needed.
• Regularly update inventory and assist with stock management.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance service delivery skills.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No previous experience required; however, experience in the golf industry is an advantage.
