As a Project Manager in our Johannesburg office, you will oversee project execution from conception to completion. Your leadership and organizational skills will drive our projects forward, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines while satisfying stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and facilitate discussions around project goals.
• Ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies.
• Utilize project management software to track project progress.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes high performance and continuous improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation for future reference.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Evaluate project performance against established KPIs and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• PMP certification is essential

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in managing complex projects

Technical Skills

• Risk Management
• Agile Methodologies

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
