Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our vibrant team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of providing exceptional technical assistance and troubleshooting for our clients' IT-related issues. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive timely resolutions and support for their technical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues.
  • Train clients on new technologies and solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and carry out preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain client relationships through regular check-ins.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients with their software setups.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and share insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in technical support
Technical Skills
  • ITIL framework

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
