Job Description

As a Forging Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the expander machine. Your role ensures the production of high-quality products while adhering to safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust the expander machine as per production requirements.
• Ensure the production of high-quality parts by conducting regular inspections.
• Collaborate with other operators to streamline production processes.
• Participate in regular maintenance checks to prolong machine life.
• Document all machine settings and production outputs.
• Provide feedback on machine performance to improve operations.
• Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Further qualifications in manufacturing technology preferred

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years' operating experience in a similar field
