Responsibilities

• Lead blockchain project initiatives and provide technical direction.
• Develop decentralized applications (DApps) according to specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers to prioritize application features.
• Evaluate third-party tools and libraries for integration.
• Train junior team members in blockchain development practices.
• Manage and mitigate risks related to blockchain projects.
• Report on project progress and challenges to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in blockchain technologies and DApp development.
