As a Manufacturing Manager in Pretoria, you will oversee all aspects of our production processes. You will lead a skilled team to ensure high-quality output while optimizing efficiency and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce production standards that align with company objectives.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production capabilities.
• Facilitate employee training and development programs.
• Prepare budgets and forecast production costs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in Manufacturing Management is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years managing manufacturing teams

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
