Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Computer Help Desk Specialist to provide support and assistance to users in our organisation. The role encompasses troubleshooting hardware and software issues, facilitating installations, and ensuring all computer systems operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts and ensure data security.

  • Research and implement new technologies to improve user support.
