Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
• Master’s degree in Architecture is preferred.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in architectural design is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Building Regulations Knowledge
• Sustainable Design

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)
• Chartered Architect is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
