Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems with end-user devices.
• Participate in onboarding of new employees regarding IT services.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software support.
• Prepare documentation for procedures and processes for training.
• Provide insights on improving IT support processes.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or similar field
• Certifications in networking or system administration are encouraged

Experience

• 3+ years working in a similar IT support role

• Linux OS
• MAC OS

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
