Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Cape Town. You will coordinate various administrative functions to ensure a smooth workflow, support healthcare professionals, and enhance the overall patient experience. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the administrative team and delegate tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and policies.
  • Coordinate and participate in healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Support medical staff in patient care coordination.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with department heads.
  • Evaluate and improve patient flow and satisfaction.
  • Manage emergency response procedures and training.
  • Oversee technology integration for administrative functions.
  • Facilitate patient feedback and complaint resolution processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus
