Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our Durban office. This role requires providing technical support and troubleshooting issues across various systems to ensure optimal performance. You will be responsible for resolving technical queries from our staff and clients while contributing to maintaining IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for IT systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems promptly.
• Assist in the maintenance of hardware and software.
• Set up and configure new IT equipment.
• Implement backup and recovery processes.
• Keep records of service requests and resolutions.
• Train users on new systems and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years in a similar IT support role
