Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our Durban office. This role requires providing technical support and troubleshooting issues across various systems to ensure optimal performance. You will be responsible for resolving technical queries from our staff and clients while contributing to maintaining IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments of IT systems.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets.
• Implement security measures to protect systems.
• Liaise with external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Provide feedback on areas for improvement in IT services.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to the role.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years in a similar IT support role

Technical Skills

• Mac OS
• Office 365

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with ITIL Framework: Understanding of IT service management best practices.
• Previous help desk experience: Experience in providing multi-channel support.
