Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to our users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT infrastructure. Your role will include responding to service requests, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve incidents reported to the IT helpdesk.
  • Interact with users to gather information about their technical issues.
  • Support hardware repairs and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
  • Assist in inventory management of IT equipment.
  • Provide feedback on support processes to improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and developments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support
