An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing buildings that meet both aesthetic and functional needs. Your input will be crucial in overseeing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that the highest standards are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare construction documents and oversee project development.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses.
• Develop sustainable design solutions aligned with industry standards.
• Participate in client meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Prepare presentations for design reviews and client approvals.
• Ensure quality assurance and design integrity throughout the project.
• Manage timelines and project milestones effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Architectural Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices: Experience in green building certifications like LEED.
