Responsibilities

Assist in budget preparation for training programs.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training.
Network with external training providers to explore new methodologies.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant technology and tools.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Relevant professional training qualification preferred

5+ years in a corporate training environment
