Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide patient consultations on medication management and health concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication use.
• Monitor patient health and progress to gauge the effectiveness of medications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation regarding medication therapy.
• Educate patients on proper medication administration and potential side effects.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical guidelines and health regulations.
• Assist in managing inventory and ensuring the pharmacy is stocked with essential medications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy is advantageous.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting.
