Responsibilities

• Analyze prescriptions for potential medication interactions and contraindications.
• Advise patients on lifestyle changes that may enhance their health outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain appropriate confidentiality.
• Coordinate with prescribing physicians for medication-related issues.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement programs within the pharmacy.
• Support administrative tasks such as billing and insurance verification.
• Engage in patient follow-up to assess treatment efficacy and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement patient education materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy is advantageous.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting.
