Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans to enhance their recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the physical well-being of patients and recommend appropriate treatment methods.
• Apply therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in recovery.
• Create engaging and practical rehabilitation programs based on patient assessments.
• Work alongside other healthcare professionals to develop integrated care plans.
• Lead patient educational sessions regarding injury prevention and health maintenance.
• Regularly review and update patient records and treatment documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in physiotherapy practice

Technical Skills

• Sports Rehabilitation
• Electrotherapy Techniques

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration
• Time Management

Certifications

• Physiotherapy Specialisation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Training in Dry Needling: Certification and experience in dry needling techniques.
• Familiarity with Hydrotherapy: Knowledge and application of hydrotherapy in patient treatment.
