Join our team as an E-commerce Manager where you will lead the development, implementation, and management of our online stores. This position aims to improve customer engagement and increase our online market share through effective digital strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the design team to enhance the aesthetics and performance of the e-commerce site.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and suppliers for promotional initiatives.
• Utilise marketing analytics tools to track and report performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and adapt e-commerce strategies accordingly.
• Train and mentor the e-commerce team to ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing or Business Management
• Master's degree in Business or Marketing is highly regarded

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management
