Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Drill Punch Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll operate and maintain drill punch machines, producing precision holes and cutouts in a range of materials. You will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and efficiency in our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Set up drill punch machines for production runs.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Document production output and machine discrepancies.
• Assist in the training of new operators as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or certification in machine operations is advantageous

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience operating drill punch machines or similar equipment.
