Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Industrial Engineer to enhance our operational efficiency. In this role, you will analyse manufacturing processes, develop production plans, and collaborate with other departments to implement optimization strategies. The candidate must be adept in systems engineering and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Assess current manufacturing processes and implement improvements.
• Lead projects aimed at reducing waste and improving resource utilization.
• Coordinate with suppliers to enhance the supply chain effectiveness.
• Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to minimize defects in production.
• Prepare and present data-driven reports to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial or systems engineering roles
