• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Retail Management Extensive expertise in retail management practices and operational excellence.
• Inventory Control Proficient in managing inventory levels and optimizing stock turnover.
• Leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving business goals.
• Customer Service Orientation Strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent service.
• English (Fluent)

• Experience in visual merchandising: Knowledge of effective visual presentation techniques to attract customers.
• Familiarity with retail software systems: Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
