Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Highway Engineering Teacher to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical lessons. You will engage students in the field of highway engineering, assessing their progress while fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create dynamic lesson plans that incorporate practical and theoretical aspects of highway engineering.
  • Use various teaching methods to enhance learner engagement and understanding.
  • Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations and feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative teaching materials and resources.
  • Participate in school initiatives to enhance the overall educational experience.
  • Collaborate with industry partners for guest lectures and real-world insights.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and teaching standards.
  • Facilitate a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Guide learners in projects that encourage the application of engineering principles.
  • Attend conferences and workshops to stay abreast of best practices in engineering education.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Education preferred
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in highway engineering and 3 years in teaching.
