Responsibilities

• Design and plan residential and commercial buildings.
• Engage in project management from conception to execution.
• Utilize design software to create accurate and detailed architectural renderings.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to finalize design proposals.
• Present design concepts to clients and address feedback.
• Ensure designs comply with environmental and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a similar field
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant architectural experience

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Membership in a professional architect association: Active participation in architectural associations and communities.
