Job Description

As the Stewardesses Teacher, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for stewardesses, ensuring they deliver outstanding in-flight service. You will evaluate their performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging training modules for stewardess role-play scenarios.
• Review and analyze training feedback to ensure programs are effective.
• Assist in onboarding new stewardesses with comprehensive training schedules.
• Collaborate with safety officers to incorporate emergency protocols into training.
• Guide stewardesses on conflict resolution and customer service techniques.
• Evaluate training environments for practical learning opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of trainee progress and evaluations.
• Organize refresher courses for existing staff to ensure skills remain sharp.
• Engage with industry professionals for possible guest training sessions.
• Advise on improvements to training programs based on industry changes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in education or training is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
