Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain trial documentation and supplies.
• Provide mentorship and training for junior team members.
• Report findings and challenges to the Clinical Trials Manager.
• Evaluate data for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct periodic site visits and audits to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with data collection and analysis teams.
• Use project management tools to track progress and outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss trial strategy and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in coordinating clinical trials
