Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and lead multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to adapt to changing environments, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead the project team through project changes and challenges.
• Facilitate conflict resolution within the team.
• Engage in strategic planning to align with business goals.
• Liaise with external vendors and consultants as necessary.
• Document lessons learned to enhance future project deliveries.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management in a technical environment

• MS Project
• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
