Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be in charge of implementing effective supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency. You will coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless flow of goods while monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead sourcing initiatives to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in supply chain operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
• Stay updated on supply chain trends and best practices to drive innovation.
• Manage the supply chain budget and control expenditures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
