Job Description

As a Backend Developer, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the backend technology stack that powers our web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features, while continuously improving system performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with API stakeholders to streamline integration processes.
• Mentor junior developers and assist in code development and reviews.
• Adapt and improve system architecture to meet scalability needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in developing backend systems

Technical Skills

• Ruby on Rails
• API Development
• PostgreSQL

Certifications

• Google Professional Cloud Architect
• Scrum Master Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Kubernetes: Hands-on experience managing container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience using Terraform: Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code concepts using Terraform.
