Environmental Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science and compliance, and will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing strategies to mitigate environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical reviews of environmental reports.
• Guide clients through compliance processes for environmental permits.
• Analyze environmental data and trends for project planning.
• Communicate findings to clients and prepare strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops on sustainability best practices.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to address complex environmental issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Sustainability or Environmental Management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting
