Join us as an Architect, where you will play a vital role in shaping the built environment in Cape Town. You will be involved in the entire architectural process, from project inception to completion. The perfect candidate will be innovative, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Perform feasibility studies and site analysis.
• Produce designs using advanced CAD software.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Review project specifications and advise on design changes.
• Visit sites to monitor the progress of ongoing projects.
• Ensure design integrity during construction.
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings.
• Support junior architects and interns as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• LEED Accreditation: Knowledge of sustainable building practices and certifications.
