Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to assist in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. In this role, you will conduct valuations, feasibility studies, and develop financial models to support business initiatives, ensuring the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to inform business decisions and model potential outcomes.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Assist in financial due diligence for prospective investments.
• Work with accountants to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Support the finance team in daily operations and reporting processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis
