Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for IT-related inquiries, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Install and configure user workstations, applications, and peripherals.
• Maintain backup systems and ensure data integrity.
• Help manage user accounts and permissions within an Active Directory environment.
• Contribute to technology improvement initiatives and suggest software/tools to enhance productivity.
• Assist with maintaining inventory of IT supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for any needed hardware repairs.
• Document and maintain support requests in the helpdesk system.
• Perform regular usage reports on IT equipment for future planning and resource allocation.
• Engage in professional development to stay current on IT trends and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in an IT support or technical role
