• Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks or issues.
• Assist in preparing training materials and user manuals.
• Help in the development of strategic business plans.
• Create visual presentations to communicate findings effectively.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders across departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience working in a business analyst role
