• Evaluate financial and operational processes through detailed audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and contribute to the development of audit plans.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Prepare management reports with key findings, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Facilitate training sessions on audit practices and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiative through audits and assessments.
• Conduct periodic reviews of compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage the audit follow-up process to ensure timely implementation of recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding audit results and compliance status.
• Review and enhance audit techniques and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in auditing or compliance roles

Certifications

• Certified in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA)
