In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative chemical processes that enhance productivity while minimizing environmental impact. Responsibilities

• Optimize chemical formulas and processes for cost-effective production.
• Analyze production data to find areas for improvement and additional efficiency.
• Develop and validate scale-up processes from lab to production.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements.
• Assist in budgeting for new projects related to process engineering.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align product development with market needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols in all phases of production.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source materials and ensure quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in chemical process engineering
